Desde el inicio, Nordisquí nació con una intención clara: celebrar nuestra identidad y compartir la esencia vibrante del Caribe venezolano con el mundo. Creemos que ser venezolano no es solo una cuestión de geografía, sino una energía única, una manera de vivir con pasión, alegría y resiliencia. Pero también sabemos que, por mucho tiempo, nuestra identidad ha sido malinterpretada. Queremos cambiar esa narrativa. Queremos que el mundo vea lo que realmente somos: un pueblo cálido, fuerte y lleno de creatividad, que transforma cualquier lugar en un hogar y cualquier experiencia en una celebración.
Nuestra historia comienza en 2013, cuando dejamos Venezuela y nuestro camino nos llevó a Toulouse, Lima y, finalmente, a Oxford, donde nació Nordisquí. Cada lugar nos ha marcado de alguna manera, dándonos una visión más intencional y consciente de lo que queremos construir. Nuestros diseños son una forma de contar historias y honrar nuestras raíces, llevando nuestra cultura a más personas de una manera auténtica y responsable.
Por eso, Nordisquí es más que una marca de ropa: es una comunidad que lleva su historia con orgullo. Cada diseño está inspirado en nuestras raíces, en nuestra gente y en todo lo que nos hace únicos. No creamos solo prendas; creamos símbolos de identidad, piezas que cuentan una historia y conectan a quienes las llevan con algo más grande que ellos mismos.

From the very beginning, Nordisquí was born with a clear purpose: to celebrate our identity and share the vibrant essence of the Venezuelan Caribbean with the world. We believe that being Venezuelan is more than just geography—it’s a unique energy, a way of living with passion, joy, and resilience. Yet, for too long, our identity has been misunderstood. We want to change that narrative. We want the world to see who we truly are: a warm, strong, and creative people who turn any place into a home and any experience into a celebration.
Our story began in 2013, when we left Venezuela and our journey took us to Toulouse, Lima, and finally, Oxford—where Nordisquí was born. Each place has shaped us in its own way, giving us a more intentional and conscious vision of what we want to create. Our designs are a way of telling stories and honoring our roots, bringing our culture to more people in an authentic and responsible way.
