Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every product we create. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please reach out to us at hola.nordisqui@gmail.com, within 14 days of receiving your item. We’re committed to investigating any issues and working with you to find the best solution.

If our quality assurance team validates the claim, we will be happy to send a replacement. However, if a replacement is not possible, we will process a refund for the item. To assist us in evaluating the situation, we may request photos or other evidence to better understand the issue.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

We understand that shopping online can sometimes be a bit tricky, especially when it comes to finding the perfect fit. However, please note that we do not accept returns for size changes. We kindly ask you to review our sizing guides carefully before placing your order. Should the item not match the measurements we’ve provided in the product description, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue.

We do not have a return address, nor do we support returns under any circumstances. We kindly ask you to double-check your order details before completing your purchase to avoid any sizing or selection mistakes.

If you wish to submit a new order, please note that you will be responsible for any additional costs related to the new order.
